Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with order you have done from Nandinath.

If buyer is not satisfied with his/her purchase for any reason then buyer can place a return request within two (2) days of delivery for refund or replacement.

If return request placed after two (2) days of delivery, it will be automatically rejected for refund or replacement.

All returned items must be in new ( unused condition ) and original packaging along with all accessories are eligible for refund or an exchange.

We accept the replacements on the wrong product dispatched or a manufacturing defect of product.

Shipping charges, GST, payment gateway charges and other duties are not refundable.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges .

After receiving return and inspecting the condition of product, if the return is eligible to acceptable then we will process return or exchange.

If return is eligible and replacement accepted then the replacement process will take at least seven (7) days to shipping the replaced order.

If return is eligible and refund accepted then the refund process will take at least seven (7) days to reflect the credit amount in customer’s bank account.

Before buy any product, the buyer should confirm /read the return or replace policy of the product under the description section of products.

At the delivery time, we suggest buyer to do not accept the damaged or tempered package and contact or inform to the customer care department.
