Return and Refund Policy


  • We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with order you have done from Nandinath.

  • If buyer is not satisfied with his/her purchase for any reason then buyer can place a return request within two (2) days of delivery for refund or replacement.

  • If return request placed after two (2) days of delivery, it will be automatically rejected for refund or replacement.

  • All returned items must be in new ( unused condition ) and original packaging along with all accessories are eligible for refund or an exchange.

  • We accept the replacements on the wrong product dispatched or a manufacturing defect of product.

  • Shipping charges, GST, payment gateway charges and other duties are not refundable.

  • The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges .

  • After receiving return and inspecting the condition of product, if the return is eligible to acceptable then we will process return or exchange.

  • If return is eligible and replacement accepted then the replacement process will take at least seven (7) days to shipping the replaced order.

  • If return is eligible and refund accepted then the refund process will take at least seven (7) days to reflect the credit amount in customer’s bank account.

  • Before buy any product, the buyer should confirm /read the return or replace policy of the product under the description section of products.

  • At the delivery time, we suggest buyer to do not accept the damaged or tempered package and contact or inform to the customer care department.
